About responsibilities
Within KLx, you will join the Crédit Agricole Payment Services team of over 100 talented professionals focused on designing, developing, and distributing payment products and services related to payment accounts (cash deposits and withdrawals), as well as payment instruments (debit cards and mobile payments). Dedicated to constant improvement, working through Agile methodologies and on recent technology stacks (Java, API, etc.), they ensure that our payment solutions are innovative and secure.
We are looking for a Technical Leader – Full Stack, to oversee the development and maintenance of multiple applications.
Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, your main missions will be:
- Lead a Team up to 4 developers and collaborate closely with Application Managers and Project Managers based in Paris,
- Ensure the technical integrity of the applications and the quality of deliverables,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions,
- Ensure best development practices are followed,
- Understand and manage inter-application interactions effectively,
- Write clear and precise technical specifications,
- Proactively provide suggestions and initiatives to improve processes,
- Develop and compile build procedures efficiently,
- Analyze and diagnose incidents and anomalies promptly,
- Propose technical optimizations to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
Who you are
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field,At least 5 years of experience in a similar Leader position,
- Advanced knowledge in Java 11+, My SQL, PostgreSQL, Angular 8+, Spring Framework and Shell Scripting and Jenkins,
- Good knowledge of Git, Docker,
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory),
- Functional knowledge of electronic banking (plus),
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
- Leadership, Team spirit, Communication skills
